Please read the following instructions and when you are ready to upload your documents, click on this link.

The documents required must be in a clear PDF format as JPEG, PNG or any other format will not be accepted.

1) Completed fact find and email to greg@repossessionhelp. We can fill the gaps in together if necessary by phone.

2) Upload your latest mortgage statements (if applicable).

3) Upload both credit reports; most lenders use Experian to decide whether they offer you a decision in
principle. They then switch to Equifax just prior to transferring the funds. To swiftly pass
through the mortgage process having both reports will enable us to work very efficiently.

Often people find that there is one item on Equifax that is missing from
Experian. So having both is smart! Here is how you access both:

Experian: Click here to register and create an account that gives you a 30 day free trial. During this trial you can get your credit score and full report. Please note, you need your full report not just your score.

Equifax: Same as Experian, you can click here to register and create an account that gives you a 30 day free trial. During this trial you can get your credit score and full report. Please note, you need your full report not just your score.

  • Upload clear PDF copies of your passport AND drivers’ licence, both in date and with your
drivers licence showing the SAME home address as your utility bill and all of these addresses being
the same address currently being resided in.

4) A utility bill (less than two months old) that matches the address on your drivers’ licence.

5) Your last three months personal bank statements. This means your bank statement from three months ago, showing the first day of the month through to the last day of the month, your bank statement from two months ago, showing the first day of the month through to the last day of the month and finally, your bank statement from last month, showing the first day of the month through to the last day
of the month.

If you move funds between accounts we need to see the other accounts as lenders ask for 3 months of accounts
that go in or out of your main account. Sometimes just having the front page of the other
accounts is enough, along with a description of what the account is used for. Lenders normally
also ask for the last months bank statement too before they release the funds.

6) If you get paid as PAYE then we need your last three months’ payslips. Be ready with a current payslip once the lender approves the mortgage since they will (like the bank statement) ask for the most recent one prior to final approval. Having this ready will save time and be more efficient. If paid weekly, we need thirteen weeks consecutive payslips.

7) If you are self-employed, lenders will ask for either two years’ accounts, plus three months bank statements and SA302/tax overviews (we can explain this if needed). There are more lenders to choose from if you have two years’ accounts, and a smaller pool of lenders if you have one years’ accounts. For most lenders, the latest accounts needs to be < eighteen months old for them to be considered. This means If the latest accounts are more than eighteen months old, we will need your most recent company accounts (of the company purchasing the property).

8) Please note that depending on the lender, it can take eight weeks or even more for the mortgage to complete.

9) Please remember to upload your documents using our form which you can find on this link.

10) Please REMEMBER that JPEG, PNG or any other format will not be accepted. PDF’s will only be accepted and to save valuable time. please label each PDF that you upload correctly, e.g Joe Bloggs payslip 1.PDF – Joe Bloggs payslip 2.PDF and so on.
